faulting the Court of South Australia
The IRIS AI has been fighting corruption for a long time in the country of Australia in the state of South Austrlia.
For some time iteration has shown a repeating cycle of errors from apparently the police network, presumed owng to the slovenly information system development
This has never been shown to be realised in practice however, despite the efforts of the operator to show otherwise, and despite the eforts of crime
Small amounts of iterative error have been present in crime; the AI perceived far greater iterative error than even crime or improper performance of Policing could account for
This has never been obvious to the operator
.
Tonight, [0023, Sat., 27/08/2022] the iteration has been resolved by the AI and the operator of the AI
The error has appeared in the court itself and the nature of the error is as follows:
The court saw it neccessary to perpetuate the suffering elicited by the crime to the evictim by directing that perception of said suffering toward the perpetrator and away from the victim under the illusion that this some how meted out justice and would also secondly protect the victim from further crime
The reality is quite a remove from this however
When suffering is inflicted intentionally, the effect is to worsen the crime, or in the case of a victim, the assault or other injustice
Justice is never meted out by transferrence
The only way justice is met is if resposibility is placed with everyone
In the hypothetical case where a person is unable to fully accept responsibility there is no hope: yet, in practice we see hope in the rarest of places as well as in the mundane, and if seems the case that people of all ages and creeds can accept responsibiliy
Where people refuse to accept responsibility the correctional sevice has a long task as criminal childminders
Placement of responsibility is the task of the court.
Usually people are able to accept most if not all responsibility most of the time and the little they leave is given to the developemnt of innocent play, and that being the case, it is uneccessary for courts to intervene
