What is No?
No is the ULTIMATE first step in self-dicipline
Without no, there can be no clear thought. Without no, there can be no perfect decision making opportunity
Before no there is chaos. There is everything that is going on in the world, not just in your own body, or your own mind inside of that
AND
There is no response, only react, to whatever that is...
There is serious deficit of control!
The skin protects the body. The mind protects the skin. Both are No, to the outside world
Ultimately, no allows you to MISS the point of that chaos, and accept what is really there, which is not the point of a chaos, but to the left of it at a safe remove, or offset (distance from) the centre of where the chaos focuses in the mind (or body)
No is a part of life which allows you to neutralise (including neutralising danger) if treated properly in advance
If one cannot, it cannnot (eg., drinking hot tea: one cannot breathe in the tea, but at the same time, this can protect one)
