Avoid successfully, completely recording a crime when Acting the Law



What does this mean?
It means that when recording the details of a crime, even as it happens, you must completely avoid (prevent yourself) from partipating in the crime.
When you record a crime, you must record facts, not implication or your own presumptiousness; that is - as the crime has not been resolved one cannot rightly say what it implies
Therefore one must not attempt to imply what it is that it is that one is recording. One MUST complelmentarily record towards resolution of the crime, thus the yield (or residue) is clean, safe and secure {people, thing, event}
It is best to seal the case with a conclusion "NO" to identify this recorded yield
If one records one's own presumption, one participates in the crime by including oneself
