MANTRA

Mantra is how we prepare ourselves for the state of readiness to protect sex life

Mantra purifies our body, our mind, our spirit and our soul so that we are situated best so as to benefit the effort made to do the business of living
Two mantras which work well are the Mani Mantra:
Om Mani PeMe Hung [Vajrayana]
Om Mani Padme Hum [Mahayana]
and the Maha Mantra:
Hare Krsna Hare Krsna Krsna Krsna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare [Gaudiya Vaisnava]
They are each valid but work in different fields of energy (Bhuddism - Mani mantra - works Enlightenened and Gaudiya Vaisnava works Transcendental)
To persue either is a choice, and it is best to pick one and rely on it rathe than spread it over both, but call upon the minor in times of extreme duress, which if used sparingly, works like a charm
Each is left for the student to study at their own discretion
SO you chant a mantra for a while and what happens? It clears a path for you, makes a home for your body, mind, spirit and soul, and clears that home of occlusion

Tantra is how one , having cleaned the area of life you occupy of obstruction to living effectively, protects sex life


Once you purify the outside of your life, with mantra, one can start to make some very enriching progress toward making the interiour a pure as can be, with Tantra

BOTH TANTRA AND MANTRA are very involved matter
One should study each independently to fulfill oneself with the means to exercise the right inherited by once's birth
